As a small, independent brand, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

***BREXIT UPDATE***

There will be no duty payable in the EU. All our orders to the EU will be shipped on DDP-terms (delivered duty paid), 
so you do not have to pay import VAT at the border - we pay it for you.

Please note that you may be required to provide additional information (f.e. proof of payment) to DHL when you order arrives - this varies from country to country. Please allow extra time for delivery to the EU due to the new customs procedures - if you need your piece/s urgently, we advise you to choose express delivery.

Orders placed Mo-Fri will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days - a shipping fee of £8 occurs. 

Shipping for orders over £235 is FREE.


UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

Orders placed Mo-Fri before 1pm UK time will be delivered to you within 1 working day - a shipping fee of £15 occurs. 


EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders placed Mo-Fri will be delivered to you via DHL Express within 2-5 working days - a shipping fee of £15 occurs. 

Shipping for orders over £285 is FREE


EUROPE EXPRESS DELIVERY

Orders placed Mo-Fri before 1pm UK time will be delivered to you via DHL Express within 1-2 working day - a shipping fee of £30 occurs. 


USA & CANADA STANDARD DELIVERY


Orders placed Mo-Fri will be delivered to you via DHL Express within 5-7 working days - a shipping fee of £15 occurs. 

Shipping for orders over £300 is FREE.


AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND STANDARD DELIVERY


Orders placed Mo-Fri will be delivered to you via DHL Express within 5-7 working days - a shipping fee of £15 occurs. 

Shipping for orders over £300 is FREE.


REST OF THE WORLD STANDARD DELIVERY


Orders placed Mo-Fri will be delivered to you via DHL Express within 5-7 working days - a shipping fee of £30 occurs. 


Please note:


We will deduct a £8-shipping & administration fee for all returned items that were shipped for free!


We are not responsible for any fees, duties or taxes that may incur overseas. It is at the customer's discretion to be familiar with these fees. Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery. 


We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products. While we do everything we can to ensure a safe delivery of your item/s, please note that we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.


All international orders are sent with DHL - most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch - please allow extra time for customs clearance which is beyond our control. 


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. 

Although we always aim to do our best and get your arkitaip-piece to you as fast as possible, we're not perfect, so please excuse any delays due to high demand. But don't worry, we will always keep you in the loop via e-mail.


You can request to return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 14 daysof receiving your order. Please notify us via e-mail on hola@arkitaip.com stating your order number in the subject line and we will provide you with further details on how to return your item/s.

We offer refunds, exchanges or store credits subject to the following conditions:

RETURNS

Your item/s must be returned in their original condition (incl. all packaging and all tags attached) within 14 days of notifying us that you'd like to return your order. If merchandise returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Please note: we are not responsible for the cost of return postage. When returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for lost parcels - return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. Please forward your tracking number to hola@arkitaip.com

EXCHANGES

We accept requests for exchanges for full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note: exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is not in stock, you will receive store credit.


REFUNDS

You can request a refund for full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order

Once your return is processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs and any duties associated with your order. We will deduct a £8-shipping & administration fee for all returned items that were shipped for free! Depending on your payment method, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear back in your account. 

Please note: we do not offer refunds on any discounted items, including orders placed using a promotional discount (excluding our #arkitaipfamiglia-offer) - sale items or items purchased during a promotional event (for example our Archive Sale) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange. Pre-ordered items are exempt from returns and can only be exchanged for another item online or for store credit. Our crochet wear, embroidered pieces and gift vouchers are exempt from returnsOnline credit and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash refund at any point.
