As a small, independent brand, we're doing everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible, however, in a world of Brexit and Covid-19, it can happen that things take longer than expected. So, please be patient with us - we will update you regularly about you order status. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Times
There are no duties or import VAT due for all orders shipped to the EU - we pay it for you.
Please note that you may be required to provide additional information (f.e. proof of payment) to DHL when your order arrives - this varies from country to country. Please allow extra time for delivery to the EU due to the new customs procedures - if you need your piece/s urgently, we advise you to choose express delivery.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders placed Mo-Fri will be shipped with Royal Mail and delivered to you within 2-3 working days - a shipping fee of £8 occurs. Shipping for orders above £235 is FREE.
UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
Orders placed Mo-Fri before 1pm UK time will be shipped with DPD and delivered to you within 1 working day - a shipping fee of £15 occurs.
EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders placed Mo-Fri will be shipped with DHL and delivered within 2-5 working days - a shipping fee of £12 occurs. Shipping for orders over £285 is FREE.
EUROPE EXPRESS DELIVERY
Orders placed Mo-Fri before 1pm UK time will be shipped with DHL Express and delivered within 1-2 working days - a shipping fee of £35 occurs.
Orders placed Mo-Fri will be shipped with DHL Express and delivered within 5-7 working days - a shipping fee of £12 occurs. Shipping for orders over £265 is FREE.

We will deduct a £5-shipping & administration fee for all returned items that were shipped for free.
We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products. While we do everything we can to ensure a safe delivery of your item/s, please note that we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.
For all international orders, please allow extra time for customs clearance which is beyond our control. We are not responsible for any fees, duties or taxes that may incur overseas. It is at the customer's discretion to be familiar with these fees. Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can request to return your purchase for an exchange, refund or credit note within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please notify us at hola@arkitaip.com and we'll provide you with further details on how to return your item/s.
All refunds and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
You can request a refund for full-priced items within 15 days of placing your order.
All item/s must be returned in their original condition (incl. all packaging and all tags attached) within 15 days of notifying us that you'd like to return your order. If merchandise returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge. We can't offer full refunds for orders returned outside of the returns window - you'll receive a credit note instead.
We are not responsible for the cost of return postage. When returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service as we are not liable for lost parcels - return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us. Please forward your tracking number to hola@arkitaip.com.
Please note that we can't accept returns for the following: items that were pre-ordered, have been worn or had their labels removed; monogrammed or bespoke pieces; gift cards. Discounted items purchased during a promotional sale (excluding our #arkitaipfamiglia-offer) can only be exchanged for another item online or a credit note. Online credit and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash refund at any point.
Once your return is processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs (we deduct a £8 shipping fee for all items shipped for free) and any duties associated with your order (this does not apply to returns due to faulty goods). Depending on your payment method, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
We accept requests for exchanges for full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is not in stock, you will receive a credit note.
